DAY 1
Shimla to Sarahan
Arrive Shimla and drive via Narkanda and Rampur to Sarahan. Visit the Bhimakali Temple. Overnight in Sarahan.
DAY 2
Sarahan to Chitkul
Drive via Karcham into the Baspa valley, through Sangla and Rakchham to Chitkul. Overnight in Chitkul.
DAY 3
Chitkul to Kalpa
Morning walk by the Baspa river, then drive to Kalpa via Reckong Peo. Overnight in Kalpa.
DAY 4
Kalpa to Narkanda
Sunrise on Kinnaur Kailash, Roghi village, then drive back to Narkanda. Overnight in Narkanda.
DAY 5
Narkanda to Delhi
Drive via Shimla to Delhi, arriving late night. Tour ends.
Kinnaur is the green, apple-growing district between Shimla and Spiti, known for its wooden temples, the Baspa valley and the Kinnaur Kailash range. This trip goes as far as Chitkul and Kalpa without crossing into Spiti, and breaks the return with a night in Narkanda.
Departure point: Ex Delhi. Overnight departure from Delhi to Shimla the evening before Day 1; road return to Delhi on Day 5.
Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1 — Shimla to Sarahan
Arrive Shimla and drive via Narkanda and Rampur to Sarahan. Visit the Bhimakali Temple. Overnight in Sarahan.
Day 2 — Sarahan to Chitkul
